I'm Pallav K. Chauhan — a growth consultant who has spent 15+ years operating inside businesses, not advising from the outside. I've built teams, restructured P&Ls, redesigned operating systems, and led companies through the uncomfortable work of actually scaling.

I founded AravEra and grew it from 0 to 50 people with 25% year-on-year growth. I ran operations as CEO of Declutter Health. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — I don't hand you a slide deck and disappear.
